Welcome! I'm Iness, and I've been teaching in person and online yoga since 2010. Currently, I'm furthering my studies in Yoga Therapeutics to bring even more depth to my practice.
With over a decade of experience living as an expat in three different countries from west to east, I understand the unique challenges of being away from home. This international journey has shaped my ability to foster a global community and inclusivity in my online classes. As a wife and mother, I bring empathy and a personal touch to my sessions, connecting with individuals from all walks of life and offering tailored, supportive guidance.
